Setting Colors for JChart

I am trying to use JCHART, and I have 2 Graphs that need specific colors. The code that I have implemented changes the color of the charts on every load of the data.

What I need is for Chart 1, When the text is '01 Red' I want the pie section to be Red, '02 Amber' and '03 Green' to match their names. Is this possible and how?
