Internet Explorer 9 ß

Hi,
I'm developing a website which uses graphs and charts and, I've chosen this as the "Chart of Choice" but, it doesn't presently work (at all) in Internet Explorer 9. Can you give me some indication of when you expect the library to work with this browser?

Clearly, it is still in the beta stage, but, it's been around for some time and, as it natively supports CANVAS, it's not working with the VML code. At the moment, this is the only stumbling block I have with recommending this product to the project board for them to procure the commercial license.
