How to display tool tip on bar charts?

I am very new to JS charts and i wanted to know tool tip functionality for the bar chart.
Does JS charts supports animations and gradients?

Hi,
The only tooltip functionality is the setTooltip() method as described in the documentation. For the next version we implemented a minimum animation in line and bar charts, they are rendered gradually. No gradients though, only flat colors.
