Problem with euro sign

I ve got a lot of problem to use the € in the chart. I don't know what to do. I ve trying different code but no one working.

Since we use SVG for rendering texts, only the following characters are supported in this version:

!"#$%&\()*+,-./0123456789:;<=>?@ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ[]^_`abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz{|}~'¡¢£¤¥¦§¨©ª«¬­®¯°±²³´µ¶·¸¹º»¼½¾¿ÀÁÂÃÄÅÆÇÈÉÊËÌÍÎÏÐÑÒÓÔÕÖ×ØÙÚÛÜÝÞßàáâãäåæçèéêëìíîïðñòóôõö÷øùúûüýþÿ

In the following versions we'll use DIVs o place texts on the graphs.
