duplicate tooltip ids

I have 2 charts on a page which have data elements that are the same. The charts display ok but there is a problem with the Tooltips.

It seems that the id for tooltips is based on the name value pair - trigger_HDPD2_1299 which in my case is not unique. As a result if one hovers over the flag for the 2nd chart the tool tip shoes up for the first chart. Perhaps the id could be changed to something like trigger_CHARTID_HDPD2_1299?

Does anyone one have any work around for this issue.
