Re: JSChart: No data loaded using json - 12 years ago
Hi, In some cases there can be more then one datasets so we actually expect that to be an array of objects, even if there is only one dataset used in the graph. In your case, this should work: { "JSChart": { "datasets": [ { "type": "pie", "data": [ { "unit": "0", "valueby sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Multi-section bar in bar chart - 12 years ago
Sorry, you can only place the bars side-by-side in JS Chars.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: jscharts IE9 - 12 years ago
All examples use v3. The "IE9 support" in the changelog appears at version 2.07 because that is when it was implemented, but it wasn't modified in v3.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: jscharts IE9 - 12 years ago
Hmm, we couldn't reproduce the bug... How about the examples from our site? Do they work?by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support

Re: Extended functionalities on JS Charts - 12 years ago
function callback() { alert('user click'); } var myChart = new JSChart('example', 'pie'); myChart.setDataArray([['Sector 1', 2],['Sector 2', 1],['Sector 3', 3],['Sector 4', 6]]); myChart.setArea('Sector 3', callback); // works the same in pie and bar charts myChart.draw();by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Extended functionalities on JS Charts - 12 years ago
We did not include the callback functionalities into the editor because you would also have to define the entire callback function which would complicate the editor too much.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: How do I display Weekdays on the X-axis? - 13 years ago
Can you provide some code please? Normally it should be fine if in the first value on the x-axis an non-numeric character is detected.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Scale Format - 13 years ago
Sorry, we do not support logarithmic scale.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: How to display tool tip on bar charts? - 13 years ago
You can find the documentation here http://www.jscharts.com/how-to-use There's also a PDF file in the free download package.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: absolute values on x and y-axis - 13 years ago
I was refering to the setInterval...() methods. In your case: setIntervalStartX (1); setIntervalEndX (10);by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: How to display tool tip on bar charts? - 13 years ago
Hi, The only tooltip functionality is the setTooltip() method as described in the documentation. For the next version we implemented a minimum animation in line and bar charts, they are rendered gradually. No gradients though, only flat colors.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Is ECG chart possible using JSCharts? - 13 years ago
You mean the values should repeat every thick line? In this case you can use setLabelX and setLabelY (mentioned in your other post).by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: absolute values on x and y-axis - 13 years ago
The calibration is done automatically (but you can set the axes limits if you want), but we do not fully support negative values - we do not guaranty the graph is generated correctly. If the graph doesn't look right with negative values, you can try a workaround - you can hide the values and create labels: myChart.setDataArray([[0, 9], [1, 7], [2, 8], [3, 6], [4, 3], [5, 6]]); myChart.setShowby sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Is ECG chart possible using JSCharts? - 13 years ago
You mean if there is a problem using floating numbers? Or that the axes are not the same scale? These should be no problem, as long as the increment is linear (somebody asked if we support logarithmic scales, we do not). But the grid as shown in your example cannot be done directly in JS Charts, with a thick line every 5 lines. For that I would try to use a background image and not use the JSby sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: JSON support - 13 years ago
Yes, it will be available in the next version soon.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Is ECG chart possible using JSCharts? - 13 years ago
I guess it's possible for a JavaScript programmer to create a draggable div over the chart and make the other features you mentioned. But otherwise this is not possible directly in JS Charts.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: No graph display in IE7 - 13 years ago
Hmm, it works for us. Do you have it online? This way we'll make sure we are testing the same scripts/html.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support

Re: 2 line values in x-axis - 13 years ago
Sorry but we have no support for this.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Null values in line charts - 13 years ago
That is not possible, but there is a workaround. Instead of defining a single line, you can create more series. For example: myChart.setDataArray([[1, 6], [2, 3], [3, 5]]); myChart.setDataArray([[6, 6], [7, 8], [8, 2]]);by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Multiple data sets with bar charts - 13 years ago
Hi, There is no schedule for the release but the feature will be supported in the next version. It will support multiple columns for the same X data, but no stacked bars.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support

Re: Line break in axis lables - 13 years ago

Re: Can i use jschart in persian or arabic language? - 13 years ago
Right now the character set that we support is limited, but we will soon release a new version with utf-8 support.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
Re: Internationalization and format numbers? - 13 years ago
Indeed, at least the utf-8 charset should be set in the HTML meta tags, if still not working try to also save your source file in utf-8.by sabinmunteanu - Discussions & Support
